Operations CXO Status Report

Friday 18 March 2016 9.00am EDT

During the last week Chandra completed the observing schedule as planned.

Of note this week, the Chandra Cycle 18 proposal deadline was Mar 15 at 6pm EDT.

The schedule of targets for the next two weeks is shown below and includes observations of SN2016G, SMC X-1 and SN2016adj, which were accepted as Targets of Opportunity on Jan 11, Jan 26 and Feb 11 respectively, an observation of SGR 0755-2933, which was accepted as a Target of Opportunity on Mar 17 and is coordinated with NuSTAR, an observation of SN 2005ip, which weas accepted as a Director's Discretionary Time Target of Opportunity on Mar 2, and an observation of 2MASS J10475385+2124234 coordinated with the VLA.
