Operations CXO Status Report

Friday 27 April 2012 9.00am EDT

During the last week Chandra completed the observing schedule as planned.

Chandra passed through the fifteenth and sixteenth eclipses of the season on Apr 22 and 24 respectively, with nominal power and thermal performance.

A real-time procedure was executed on Apr 26 to update the on-board ephemeris.

The schedule of targets for the next week is shown below and includes an observation of Swift J1753.5-0127, which was accepted as Director's Discretionary Time TOO on Apr 26, an observation of Sgr A* coordinated with several ground-based observatories, and observations of SDSS J131659.37+035319.8 and SDSS J132428.24+044629.6 coordinated with the EVLA.
